This 100 ton H-frame press in combination with 20 ton Broach press.
A 20 inch stroke suitable for broaching & other applications.
The two work tables are independent of each other.

Self-locking table design eliminates lateral movement.

Stop / Start c/w emergency stop button, wired direct to motor. Model may vary depending on the voltage.
Pressing plate for a Hydraulic press. Table is precision milled.
Hydraulic Press V Blocks, matched pair.
Hydraulic speed control. This is used regulate the speed of the Ram. From fast to very slow.
Front safety guard for operator protection. Safety guard can be removed within a few seconds if necessary.
Adjustable stroke control c/w foot pedal-electric solenoid valve, speed control and electric control panel.
Operation of the safety kit: When any of the four guards are opened, the press will automatically go to jog mode "low pressure", unless the operator turns the key to the “on” position which will enable the operator to use the press at full pressure with the guards open.
Industrial side lights for better visibility.
Foot pedal-electric solenoid valve for hands-free operation, c/w electric control panel
Handheld wireless remote control with variable speed on all axis, permits the operator to move freely around the press.
